We will accept cancellations till April, 1st 2011. Exchange of registration is not permitted. Please review our cancellation policy.

You can cancel your registration for India HCI 2011 till 7 days before the conference. After the following deductions, we will refund you the balance amount as soon as possible:

• If you cancel on or before March 15, 2011, 25% of the amount paid will be retained towards administrative expenses and the balance 75% will be returned to you.
• If you cancel on or before April 1, 2011, 50% of the amount paid will be retained towards administrative expenses and the balance 50% will be returned to you.
• If you cancel after April 1, 2011, you will not receive any refunds.
